SCALE’HER is a collaborative project funded by the Horizon Europe programme for a duration of 30 months (July 2025 – December 2027). Building on the success of the HER FUND project, in which Euronovia leads communication and dissemination activities, its goal is to accelerate the growth of women-led deep-tech startups and strengthen their integration into the European ecosystem.

A more inclusive ecosystem for innovation

Despite progress in gender equality, women remain underrepresented in technology and entrepreneurship. SCALE’HER aims to reverse this trend by providing tailored support: access to funding, market opportunities, and networking at the European level. The project seeks to establish a sustainable pan-European network bringing together investors, gender-conscious funders, and women-led deep-tech companies from both highly innovative European regions (BCIE) and those with emerging or moderate innovation potential (LCIE). The objective is to bridge these two ecosystems to foster stronger collaborations and lasting synergies, while showcasing the economic potential of LCIE regions through local women-led enterprises.

SCALE’HER brings together a consortium of 10 partners from across Europe: Wonderfund (SE), The Edge R&D (BG), ADDSEN (SI), C-EDU (RO), UPTEC (PT), GRIT (IE), JOIST (GR), DirBG (BG), WonderCoders (DK), and Euronovia (FR), which is responsible for the project’s communication and dissemination activities. Together, they contribute complementary expertise to provide concrete support to women entrepreneurs and build an enabling environment for female entrepreneurship in the deep-tech sector.
