Erasmus+ Calls: A funding opportunity for collaborative projects in education, training, youth and sport

Erasmus+ what is it?

The aim of this programme is to support, through lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people in the fields of education, training, youth and sport in Europe, thereby contributing to sustainable growth, job creation, social cohesion, the promotion of innovation and the strengthening of European identity and citizenship.

The Erasmus+ programme is structured around a number of key actions:

  • Key Action 1 (KA1): Mobility of individuals.
  • Key action 2 (KA2): Cooperation between organisations and institutions.
  • Key action 3 (KA3): Support for policy development and cooperation.
  • Jean Monnet Action: Promoting teaching and research in European Studies worldwide.

Since its creation, the Erasmus+ programme has established itself as an essential programme for education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Among its various actions, Key Action 2 (KA2) occupies a special place by promoting cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practice.

What are the challenges of applying for Erasmus+ Key Action 2?

Erasmus+ Key Action 2 (or KA2) aims to support cooperation projects between organisations across Europe.
