AI: Euronovia adopts an internal policy and raise awareness of its sustainable uses among our team

Artificial intelligence (AI) is gradually transforming professional practices in many sectors, including support for the grant application and management European projects. Euronovia is aware of the opportunities offered by these technologies, but also of the challenges they raise in terms of confidentiality, quality and ethics. We have thus taken a new step by drawing up our own internal policy for the use of AI.

A new framework to support innovation

The objective of this internal policy is to enable everyone to use AI within a clear, secure and responsible framework.

AI tools are already used at Euronovia to support certain research, monitoring and communication tasks. In view of the fast development of these technologies, it has become essential to define common principles for our team in order to ensure data protection, compliance with contractual commitments and the quality of the produced content.

This is fully in line with our commitment to support innovation while placing people at the heart of our practices, in order to preserve the requirements of trust and excellence that characterise our business.

A workshop dedicated to AI uses

The creation of the internal AI policy was assisted by a collaborative workshop during the Euronovia internal seminar in June 2026. The aim was to allow all consultants to exchange on their practices, to identify the opportunities offered by AI and to reflect collectively on good practices to adopt.

Opportunities were identified as well as some areas of vigilance

The team highlighted the concrete benefits of AI: saving time, assisting creativity, helping to understand complex topics and supporting the structuring and reformulation of content, all in order to better support our customers in their research and innovation projects.

At the same time, several major challenges were identified:

  • the protection of confidential data and information;
  • the reliability of the content generated;
  • maintaining critical thinking;
  • preserving the added value of the consulting profession;
  • the environmental impact of certain technologies.

These challenges have led Euronovia to formalise an internal policy for the use of artificial intelligence, intended to support the development of responsible, transparent and secure uses. This charter, signed by all employees, provides a common basis for ensuring data protection, the quality of our productions and compliance with the company’s commitments.

Developing a shared AI culture

One of the main lessons of the workshop is the shared will to make AI a tool for human expertise.

Employees reiterated the importance of maintaining human oversight of generated content, being transparent in usage and continuing training efforts to better understand the possibilities and limitations of these technologies.

Beyond the policy itself, this initiative marks an important step in building a common AI culture within Euronovia.

An ever-evolving process

The Euronovia Internal Policy for the Use of Artificial Intelligence is intended to evolve over time to follow the most recent technological advancements.

Uses, regulations and tools continue to change rapidly. This is why Euronovia will continue to raise awareness, train and share best practices to enable our team to use artificial intelligence efficiently, responsibly and in line with the requirements of European projects.
